Foraged: Exploring Australia's Love Of Thai Food

Aussie web series Foraged is all about exploring the passion in food.

Hosted by Sydney chef, Jovan Curic, this particular episode takes a look at Australia's love of both Thai food and cafe culture by chatting to Amy Chanta and Palissa Anderson.

The mother-daughter duo run Chat Thai and BOON CAFE and are regarded as the leaders of Sydney's Thai food scene.

And although the word "passion" can be thrown around quite easily, these women are truly consumed by delivering authentic cuisine and an enjoyable experience.

"A really proud moment for us at Chat Thai, we realised, you know, we had guys sitting in there who were bus drivers, and sitting next to kitchen hands and who were sitting next to lawyers, Palissa said.

"And it was such a good mix of different types of personality and peoples coming in to eat and share."
