Celebrity Chef Jamie Oliver has traversed the globe pulling together a list of 14 superfoods you should eat if you want to live to 100.

And most of them are pretty simple -- with eggs, sweet potatoes, and garlic making the list.

Now you can travel the world too, and sample some of these delicious ingredients in the best of his restaurants worldwide.

Here's our top tips on which of Oliver's restaurants are the best to hit for a superfood fix:

Fifteen, London

Situated in the centre of London, Fifteen embodies Oliver's ethos of charity and giving back. Each year, 15 young apprentice chefs train in the kitchen as a pathway to employment.

It's a program that's been rolled out in other cities, including Amsterdam and Cornwall.

And the fact the restaurant supports young people isn't the only thing that'll make you feel good while you dine there. The food -- a mix of classic English flavours and new recipes brought in by young chefs, has received rave reviews from critics and punters alike.

Jamie's Italian, Hong Kong

There's actually two Jamie's properties in Hong Kong -- at both Harbour City and Causeway Bay. Since they've opened in the past two years, both restaurants have attracted hordes of Oliver fans and Italian foodies.

While you dine in style, don't forget to take in the Hong Kong skyline, or the myriad sites to see -- including temples, fantastic shopping, and the city's very own Disneyland.

Barbecoa, London

Described as a "cathedral to fire and food," Oliver's Barbecoa will appeal to the steak and barbecue lovers.

On offer are sticky spare ribs in smoky barbecue sauce, tandoori wild prawns with lime pickle yoghurt, and hay-smoked lamb with mint chimichurri.

It's also a fantastic restaurant to take in the city -- from the floor-to-ceiling windows there's views of the iconic St Paul's Cathedral in the heart of London.
