The Land Of Kings: Rajasthan, India

If You Haven't Been To Rajasthan In India Yet, You May Want To Now

In English, Rajasthan translates to the "Land of Kings".

A region once ruled by monarchs with remnants of forts and palaces -- it's soaked in regal culture.

The Indian state is diverse and has very distinct customs, food and people from the rest of the country.

Rajasthan is also a common stop on the Indian backpacking trail but if it's not on your 'To See' list yet, it likely will be after you watch this video.

For the armchair traveller this is an adventurous trip where you feel the pace rise, meet the locals and experience the incredible colour of the region.

It also gives a brief insight into the extreme difference between the overwhelming wealth and the extreme poverty.

So strap in and experience the wonders of Rajasthan's main cities, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.
