The reduction in the cost of liquor licences in Sydney has seen the city littered with a variation of small bars.
That's a great thing, but it also means there's plenty to choose from. And who better to tell you where to find the greatest joints than some of our leading bar owners themselves?
The guys behind new Oxford Street bar, This Must Be The Place, Charlie Ainsbury and Luke Ashton take the host of Foraged, Jovan Curic, to some of their favourites.
These guys like the kind of bars where experimenting with drinks is common place and the menus are constantly changing.
These include, Hinky Dinks, Vasco's and Shady Pines -- the place that never advertised their opening, had no PR and purely became a Sydney hot spot due to word of mouth.
