Winter is coming, and so is the highly anticipated sixth season of Game Of Thrones.

On Friday, Foxtel confirmed the premiere date for the series as April 25 at 11am -- the same time the U.S. will get the new season.

The 10 episode run will see Bran Stark (played by Isaac Hempstead Wright) return, after presumably being stuck in the bush for the entirety of season 5. That also means Hodor! Hodor, Hodor, Hodor…

In December, EW reported the GOT creators are set to employ some “Inception-like storytelling to show us parts of the history of Westeros that we never thought we’d get to see” which is meant to be a major part of Stark’s return. But does it also mean Catelyn and Ned Stark will make a comeback?

Australian actress Essie Davis who has starred in The Slap, The Babadook and two Matrix sequels will also join the cast as a member of a travelling theatre troupe in Braavos that stages a play titled The Bloody Hand.

During filming in Northern Ireland and Spain, it was leaked that the Tasmanian-born actress was joining the HBO fantasy drama after fans posted photos online from the set.

Creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss have famously said they are veering away from what author George R.R. Martin had written in his A Song of Ice and Fire, the book series that serves as the basis for the show. Martin also revealed to fans that he had planned to have the book finished by the April release date.
