70 Years Of Nuclear Weapons Testing

The human race has been testing nuclear weapons for more than 70 years. The first test was conducted by the USA in New Mexico, July 1945.

Since then, there have been more than 2000 nuclear detonations in our atmosphere, underground, in our oceans, even in space. The Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty came into effect in 1996, but not all countries have signed it.
