With Super Bowl 50 underway it's only appropriate entertainment powerhouse Marvel dropped the latest TV spot for Captain America: Civil War, a story that pits hero against hero.
Based on the 2006 Civil War series (which spanned much of the Marvel universe), Cap and his allies go head to head with Iron Man over the superhuman registration act, which calls for more accountability for people with tremendous powers who keep breaking entire cities while trying to save people.
Iron Man (Robert Downey Jnr) is for it, Cap (Chris Evans) not so much.
While the original comic series took in a lot more super heroes (Mr Fantastic running a Guantanamo-like facility in the Negative Zone, the death of Goliath and the outting of Spider Man, this film is expected to take place on a much smaller scale.
Fans are dubbing it Avengers 2.5, with the storyline (Cap searching for lost friend Bucky Barnes) picking up right where we left off at the end of Age of Ultron.
But if you doubt the emotional impact of superpowered mate versus mate, check out the look of pure hurt on Tony Stark's face when The Winter Soldier (AKA Bucky Barnes) tries to shoot him in the face.
For a guy who once flew through a portal to detonate a bomb he thought would kill him, Tone looks genuinely hurt by the Winter Soldier's attempt to kill him.
Fans will be excited to see Ant Man (Paul Rudd) joining Cap and his anti-registration squad.
Note: This article has been changed after the film was incorrectly identified as Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the opening paragraph.
