The Federal Government will hasten the release of its tax reform package, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has confirmed on Sunday.

The tax policy was set to be unveiled with the May budget, but its release will be expedited as Labor continues to attack the government for a perceived policy vacuum.

"They don't have an agenda or a narrative. They don't have any sense of purpose at all," Mr Albanese, the opposition spokesman for Infrastructure, Transport, Tourism and Cities, said of the government on Sunday.
