'Taste Of Streep' Is An Instagram Account With Meryl Streep Photoshopped Onto Food

Meryl Streep's Face On Food Is Apparently Just What The Internet Needed
Instagram

Just in case you thought the internet couldn't get any stranger, some upstanding citizen of the world wide web has created an Instagram account dedicated to photoshopping images of Meryl Streep onto pictures of food.

Throughout a series of posts, the three-time Academy Award winner appears bathing in a bowl of macaroni and cheese, snuggling up to a half-peeled banana and even melting onto a baked potato. In short, it's utter internet randomness at its absolute best.

With a following of 32,000 at the time of writing, the account -- aptly titled 'Taste of Streep' -- appears to been active for about seven weeks.

Keen to see more?

Here is Meryl dressed as her 'The Devil Wears Prada' character Miranda Priestly. Wonder what Miranda would have to say about her cookie outfit?

For a more leisurely Meryl, here she is relaxing on a piece of avocado toast...

... and casually lounging around in a Sloppy Joe.

If you're after something a little more risque, here is Meryl getting up close and personal with an eggplant.

Also, getting hot and heavy with some hot chips.

Here is Meryl with some mates...

... and multiple Meryls on a cheese board, making dinner party hosts all over the world weep with envy.

But what will we see Meryl as next? Only time will tell...
