Telstra Services Went Down Again -- What's Going On?

One week after Telstra's chief executive made a heartfelt apology for a service outage that meant half of its users couldn't make calls, services reportedly dropped out again today.

On the telecommunications service's Twitter account, a Telstra spokesperson was investigating reports of outages.

Caught up in the outages is former 'Bachelor' star Tim Robards, who said his small business was being affected.

Radio host Smallzy also had an all-caps spray.

And there's plenty more where that came from.

About two hours later, Telstra jumped back in to say it had resolved the issue.

Last outage, Telstra repaid their customers by announcing Sunday, April 3 as a free day of data.
