There are times to act cool, and there are times to put your teeny bopper hat back on and admit you love a washed up Top 40 pop band. Now would be time for the latter.

Surprisingly, everyone's going nuts for the news that The Vengabus is coming (back).

The Vengaboys, the dutch 'euro-dance' group from Rotterdam made it big with their hit song 'We Like To Party (The Vengabus)' back in 1998, then followed up with another banger by the name of 'Boom Boom Boom'. Groundbreaking music, really.

Since then the group have been touring, farewelling some members and welcoming new ones, and even releasing new singles -- and a Christmas album(!). Now, they're headed back to Australia.

Hitting six cities in October and November, the hype is partly due to the support acts which include Tina Cousins, Crystal Waters, DJ Sammy, Whigfield (we all remember 'ooh ooh ah ah Sexy Eyes’) and Sonique.

A quick look at the group's Facebook fan page confirms that people are seriously pumped.

Tour dates and tickets are now available.
