International adult entertainment provider PornHub has had enough with busy work schedules and lack of physical activity in the world, launching BangFit -- their excuse to use your libido in the battle against the bulge.

The game encourages individuals and couples who are too busy to hit the gym to 'get busy' amongst themselves with its sex-based exercises to build and strengthen their muscles.

In other words, the key to killing calories lies between the bedsheets -- at least according to PornHub.

BangFit syncs avatars straight from the 1980s and very NSFW pornography footage between users' computers and mobiles using a given code, with points being awarded for how close people can replicate the 'sexercises' shown on their screens.

The program is still in beta and only features options for use as a heterosexual individual or couple but comes as a follow-up to its website's Virtual Reality category, launched in March.
