Sorry, prospective wedding singers, Mariah Carey's nuptials to James Packer are not the place you'll stretch those cords.
A cameraman caught up with the superstar singer on the street in New York City Sunday and asked her to name one person who is qualified to sing at her upcoming wedding to her Australian billionaire fiance,who popped the question back in February with a 35-carat diamond.
Her response? "Fucking nobody, bye."
The 46-year-old, who has her wedding dress picked out, doesn't plan on getting behind the mic, either.
"Why would you sing at your own wedding?" she told reporters at the GLAAD Media Awards Saturday. "It's obnoxious!"
Andy Cohen got more details from the star about her plans when she sat down for an interview on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live." While there won't be circus animals involved, there will be some paperwork.
"Will there be a prenup?" Cohen asked. "You're both very valuable."
"We want prenup. We want prenup," she replied, alluding to Kanye West's "Gold Digger." "Look, everybody's valuable."
She's just being Mariah.
