Leftovers have an undeservedly bad reputation. All too often, people think they're something to dread -- a lesser version of last night's dinner -- when really, they're a gift. Leftovers mean you don't have to think too hard about what you're going to eat now. This is huge.

If you know how to reheat leftovers properly they can be just as good -- and sometimes better -- than they were the first time around. Take pizza, for example: piping hot, fresh from the oven, a good pie tastes like an offering from the gods. Nuking it in the microwave the next day heats out all its glory. BUT, if you know the best way to reheat pizza -- FYI, you should really be reheating leftover pizza in a skillet -- then you can enjoy your leftover pizza at its full potential. See? It pays to learn how to reheat food.
