Rick Gervais Just Released His Very Own Music Video To Promote David Brent: Life On The Road

He's fallen for a 'Lady Gypsy'.

Want to know what's better than David Brent in The Office? That's a trick question. Nothing is better. But his latest gig comes pretty close.

Yep, Ricky Gervais's iconic character is back with a music video for his folk single 'Lady Gypsy' to promote David Brent: Life On The Road.

It features some fine acoustic guitar work, a gypsy woman washing her hair in a lake and a red bandana, tied awkwardly around Brent's neck.

As she lays him down on a bed of heather, Brent starts to wonder if his 'lady gypsy' is a prostitute.

"I said, 'But to be clear then, the sex is free, yes?' She said, 'Yes the sex is free but the heather is a pound'," Brent sings.

Silly Lady Gypsy. Doesn't she know you can pick heather off the ground for free?

Anyway, if you're a fan of Brent's weirdly catchy single, you can pre-order the 15-track album from David Brent and his band Foregone Conclusion now.

'David Brent: Life on the Road' will hit cinemas from 19 August 2016.
