Australian comedian Jim Jefferies has a simple message for America as it considers whether to elect Donald Trump as it's president this November.
"Don't be the a**hole, America."
The U.S. based, Sydney-born comedian took aim at Trump as part of his Freedumb tour, pointing out the real estate mogul's reliance on hateful rhetoric in his presidential campaign.
"If you've ever said 'I like him because he's a straight talker,' you're as dumb as s***," Jefferies says, taking aim at well worn (and seemingly nonsense) phrases such as "make America great again" and the one about building a wall to keep Mexicans out while convincing Mexico to pay for it.
"He's like a kid running for class president walking around saying 'and we're gonna have two lunches, and there's going to be a soda machine in every classroom'."
It's not the first time the comedian has relied on common sense for laughs.
Jefferies is well known for his bit on gun control in the U.S.
