Shannen Doherty bravely took to Instagram to document the process of shaving her head amid her battle with breast cancer.

The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum shared photos of the emotional six-step process while surrounded by a support system of her mother, Rosa Doherty, and friend Anne Marie Kortright.

Before the process began, Doherty posted a picture of chocolates, cupcake pans and a razor, telling her followers to “stay tuned.”

Kortright also shared a photo of the two, applauding her friend for her “strength and courage.”

Doherty first opened up about her cancer diagnosis in 2015 after legal documents surfaced revealing she was suing her former business manager for not paying her insurance premiums, which prevented her from receiving medical care during that time.

The actress told People, “I am continuing to eat right, exercise and stay very positive about my life. I am thankful to my family, friends and doctors for their support and, of course, my fans who have stood by me.”
