MTV announced the 2016 Video Music Award nominees on Tuesday via Facebook Live, but we all know it’s less about the actual awards and more about the potential for what might go down at the show.

Last year, Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj showed the world they were over their feud, Nicki and Miley Cyrus and got into it, and Taylor and Kanye West had temporarily made peace. Something tells us this year will be a little different.

But like we said, the VMAs, like all award shows, are a vehicle to get the biggest names in music in a room together and hope someone goes off-script.
