Bailey Matthews might just be the most inspiring kid on the planet.

The nine-year-old with cerebral palsy just celebrated finishing his second triathlon -- yes, he's done this before -- by throwing away his walking frame and triumphantly crossing the line.

Matthews, from Doncaster in Yorkshire, England, has inspired thousands around the globes with his athletic feats -- proving that anyone can literally do whatever they put their mind to.

As if his legendary achievement isn't enough -- he smashed out a 100m swim, 4km bike ride, and 1km run at the Castle Howard Triathlon -- he even has his own catchphrase: Be More Bailey.

The nine-year-old shaved seven minutes off his time from last year and his parents are, understandably, extremely proud.

"I'm so proud of him. He just gets on with life and working hard to be a great triathlete," his father Johnathan said after the race.

Next up for Bailey is an event in France. That's just the kind of schedule this amazing kid keeps.

And whether you're disillusioned by the horrible events in Germany, America, Japan, burying your head in your hands every time Donald Trump speaks or simply having a bad day, just remember this smiling nine-year-old boy, and Be More Bailey.
