Alternative Aussie rock band Spiderbait have blasted a "creep" who allegedly urinated on a fan during a Melbourne concert and issued a public appeal to find him.

The band, which is based in Victoria, issued a social media plea to find the man who is alleged to have relieved himself on fan during a concert in February.

"How can this happen," the band wrote.

"We would really like to find this offensive, urinating f***stick. Does anyone out there know him? All information is helpful and we do not condone this behaviour."

Spiderbait fan Belle Nolan felt liquid on her leg as she watched the band play a late night gig in Melbourne's CBD on February 26.

"At first I thought someone had spilt their drink on me," Nolan told The Age.

"He just smirked and shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal."

The man was later ejected from the venue, but his details were not taken.

Police say they want to speak with the man, who is described as being Caucasian in appearance, aged between 25 and 30, and about 187 centimetres tall, with a medium build, dark eyes and short dark hair.
