He says everything and nothing about his highly publicised relationship with the singer.

Since confirming that he and Taylor Swift are, in fact, together and “very happy,” Tom Hiddleston hasn’t said much about the couple’s highly publicized PR stunt romance.

On Friday, though, while the actor took part in a Facebook Live Q&A session with The Hollywood Reporter, a fan asked what Hiddleston had learned about “the culture of celebrity” after his “high profile summer.” If we had to take a guess, we’d say the fan probably wanted to know what it’s like to go from being a relatively low-key (Loki?) celebrity to a full-fledged paparazzi target.

Hiddleston answered the question by saying everything and nothing at the same time.

“We all live in a world where every phone has a camera and there’s nothing new, really, about the spotlight on me; I think that’s what happens when you’re a public figure,” he said. “I’ve learned that there are many sides to a story, and that sometimes there are a lot of stories out there which are false, and the hardest thing is to try to not let those falsehoods affect your own life. That’s what I would say.”

Does that mean there are more sides to the Hiddleswift story? Is this his way of telling us, again, that he and Tay are in it for real?

Will we ever know? Probably not.
