Looks like Ariana Grande’s got a problem.

TMZ reports the singer is being sued by songwriter Alex Greggs over the 2014 song “One Last Time,” produced by David Guetta.

Greggs claims Grande and Guetta copied the hook and some of the lyrics from his 2012 song “Takes All Night.”

The songwriter wrote his track for EDM artist Skye Stevens but still holds copyright over it. He is suing for a percentage of the profits from Grande’s song, which peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The Huffington Post has reached out to reps for both Grande and Guetta and will update this post with more information accordingly.
