Three Dead After Shooting On Queensland Coast

Two women and a man are dead following a shooting at Booral, north of Brisbane.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman told The Huffington Post Australia that they had responded to a report of shots being fired at a home on River Heads Road at Booral, about 20 minutes south of Hervey Bay.

Police told The Courier Mail the shooting is believed to be 'domestic' issue and has not involved any children. So far, no suspects have been arrested. Queensland police told the ABC, the deceased women are aged 50 and 68, while the man is aged 79. Preliminary enquiries indicate a man has killed his wife and daughter.

Police said the report of shots fired came around 6.40am (AEST).
