Russell Coight's All Aussie Adventures Is Coming Back In 2017

Pack up your swag, let's go!

Australian television was never the same without Glenn Robbins' true blue depiction of experienced traveller Russell Coight. But the mockumentary travel show Russell Coight's All Aussie Adventures is about to make a comeback and people are very bloody excited.

Demand for a comeback has been steadily growing since the television show left our screens in 2002. There was even a change.org petition that got off the ground but never quite reached the goal of 15,000 signatures. Thankfully, Channel 10 executives came to their senses and announced the show's return part of their TV offerings in 2017.

The show is a hilarious spoof of the travel genre, taking us around the real Australia. Russell 'expertly' shows us bush survival skills, meets unimpressed locals and gets up close (often too close) with the wildlife.

Glenn Robbins has been responsible for some of the most lovable characters on TV, including Kel Knight in Kath and Kim andWayne Wheeler in Upper Middle Bogan. He'll be back for the remake (who else could pull of Coight?)

You can catch up with the old episodes online in preparation for the series return on Channel 10 next year.

So what are we waiting for? Let's get cracking on another All Aussie Adventure!
