Maybe you think Ellyse Perry, who currently leads the WBBL batting stats, is having another typically dominant summer. Or that Steve Smith, who made yet another Test century against Pakistan on Thursday is doing OK.
Well, they've got nothin'. Nothing, that is, compared to Shania-Lee Swart, a South African teenager who pretty much just broke every record ever, and then some, in a match between Mpulamanga Under-19s and Eastern Under-19s in the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Girls Under-19 Week.
Take a look at this scorecard, then excuse us as we break into a somewhat hysterical fit of CAPS FOR EMPHASIS.
- Swart just made 160 OUT OF A TEAM TOTAL of 169.
- The other nine runs? They were extras (a leg-bye, 5 wides and 3 no-balls).
- That means SHE HIT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HER TEAM's RUNS.
- We repeat: EVERY OTHER BATTER MADE A DUCK. But they faced a combined 37 balls, which meant they hung around long enough for Swart to wreak brutal havoc.
- Her innings included 18 FOURS AND 12 SIXES. Oh, stop it.
But Swart wasn't done there. She then picked up an economical 2/21 with the ball off four overs as Mpumalanga restricted Eastern to just 127 off their allotted 20 overs. Victory by 42 runs.
A remarkable fact is that while Swart started this season with a pair of scores in excess of 50, she had not passed 11 in per previous four innings. Guess she was saving it all for one almighty knock.
Not much else is known about Swart for now, but she's the talk of the cricket world today, and so she should be. Wow.
