A man and three teenagers will face court on charges they drugged and raped a woman in the back of a pizza shop in Sydney's south.

Police say the 18-year-old woman met a 17-year-old boy known to her and they went to a pizza shop on Forest Road, Lugarno, in October 2016.

There, the pair met another 17-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and a 38-year-old man, all known to the first 17-year-old, at the shop.

The woman was drugged and, while under the influence, the men took turns raping her, police will allege.

The men then dumped her in the Riverwood CBD, where she was found by a passerby who alerted emergency services.

She was taken by ambulance to Liverpool Hospital, where police were contacted.

On Thursday police charged the three teenagers and the 38-year-old man with aggravated sexual assault in company and refused them bail.

The teenagers will appear at a children's court and the man will appear at Liverpool Local Court on Friday.
