Today, we found one. And it doesn’t even require a pot of boiling water, which means you don’t have to create a swirling vortex into which you drop both your hopes and your eggs. Nope, this method from The Kitchn uses a muffin tin, a little bit of water and the oven. The best part is, you can make a lot of eggs at once.
