If you experience anxiety it's very important to know that you're not alone. Each year, approximately one in every five Australians will experience a mental illness and around 14 percent of Aussies will be affected by an anxiety disorder.

Some people will require therapy, medication and/or assistance from doctors, and there's absolutely no shame in that. For others it can be about learning to manage anxiety symptoms when they start to creep in. This video explores some easy methods that may help to alleviate the mental and physical feelings of anxiety.
