A Queensland man has been taken to hospital after a house he was helping transport fell on him on Monday.
The 26-year-old man is understood to have been helping transport the house on the back of a truck trailer in Tarragindi at around 1:30pm before it fell off, pinning him to the ground.
Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) Operation Supervisor Damian Gonzalez said: "The QAS were called today to respond to a 26-year-old male who had become wedged between the house and the removal trailer as they were trying to remove the house from a property in Terragindi.
"It appeared he sustained serious pelvic injuries as a result of the pressure applied by the house coming down on him."
Queensland Fire and Rescue officers used hydraulic rams to lift the house off the man, according to News.com.au.
The man was then transported in a serious but stable condition to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with the assistance of paramedics on the scene.
