'The Walking Dead' Hints At That Death We Know Is Coming

Looks like we know who’s next.

Why do roofs keep collapsing on “The Walking Dead”? Just because there’s a zombie virus, it doesn’t mean all buildings suddenly have structural issues.

It happened again in Sunday’s episode, but whatever the reason, Rick and the survivors have bigger problems. After basically one full episode of Rick and Michonne kissing and killing zombies, we see a scene where Rosita goes to Sasha at Hilltop. The two of them decide to take on Negan alone.

And that’s probably it for Sasha.

There have already been rumors that Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) is leaving the show, since the actress is set to star in the upcoming “Star Trek: Discovery.” The latest episode just adds more evidence that she’s gone.

On Sunday, Rick and Michonne found a bunch of guns for Jadis and the other junk-yard people. But the group says they need more, stalling the “all-out war” we’ve been promised.

After that, it looks like Tara tells Rick about the Oceanside community she discovered in the first half of Season 7. (We don’t know for sure if she tells him.) But even if Rick can get the guns from there, he still needs more time.

Rosita doesn’t want to wait around and goes to Sasha.

Apparently, Rosita memorized everything Carl and Daryl had to say about the inside of Negan’s facility. Sasha says Jesus made her a map of the outside.

“I’m ready to kill him, but I need to make sure you know what this means,” Sasha says, later adding, “They can’t catch us alive. If they do, we give them something.”

“It’s a one-way ticket for both of us,” Rosita replies.

Sasha probably isn’t coming out of this alive.

And what the heck, Rosita? This is all your fault. You already had your chance to kill Negan and you blew it. Move on.

The rest of the episode has Rick and Michonne dealing with the possibility of losing each other after coming across a carnival-like area full of walkers and guns. There’s even a scare: Is Rick getting eaten by zombies? Nah. It’s just an animal because, sure, of course it is.

Gosh, Rick. We don’t have time for this nonsense! Sasha’s probably actually gonna die. Have some respect, dude.
