Another Sean Spicer Press Conference, Another Meme Series

In the face of absurdity, people create memes as a primary coping mechanism.

This is exactly what transpired in response to the latest press briefing given by U.S. Press Secretary Sean Spicer.

Spicer gifted the internet two piles of paper, the larger being the soon to be repealed Affordable Care Act (also know as Obamacare) and the second, significantly smaller one, being the new American Health Care Act (or Trumpcare). Spicer told journalists at the briefing: "This is the Democrats. This is us," pointing at the two piles. "You can't get any clearer in terms of this is government!"

While Spicer attempted to pass off the obvious size discrepancy as a difference in administrative efficiency, people couldn't help but question the quality of the Republican plan, as compared the Democrats'.

Thus, a meme was born.

The memes compare everything from technology to artwork, against their less desirable counterparts, demonstrating the differences in the two plans. The sentiment could not be more obvious.
