Two teenage boys charged with the murder of Queanbeyan service station worker Zeeshan Akbar have been refused bail in a Sydney court.

The teens, aged 15 and 16, have each been charged with a raft of offences including murder, robbery, and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after an alleged crime spree across NSW and the ACT on Thursday.

They were arrested in the ACT on Friday morning and faced an extradition hearing on Saturday before being taken to NSW.

AAP reports that the pair were formally refused bail at the Parramatta Children's Court on Sunday and will next face court on April 11.
