Rapper '360' Reveals His Method To Shake Off A Morning Slump

‘Now I feel f***ing awesome!’

Melbourne hip hop artist, 360, who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, posted an uplifting video of himself dancing, describing it as his "most successful way of shaking off that feeling".

Matt Colwell, or 360, shared the video to his Facebook page which has nearly a million followers. The video has been viewed over 32, 000 times within six hours of being uploaded.

Colwell's fans have posted messages of support in the video comments.

"Thanks for the laughs 60 I so needed that today! Chin up bro, you are a true inspiration," posted one Facebook user.

"I just watch your videos to get me out of the morning slump - always makes me laugh," said another user.

"This video made my day (but I'm staying in bed a bit longer)."

The rapper has been candid about his struggles with mental illness on social media. In 2012, the 30 year old was involved in a video campaign raising awareness about depression.

Unafraid of tackling serious issues, Colwell has posted videos addressing the issue of domestic violence and his history with drug addiction in 2016 -- both of which have received hundreds of thousands of views.
