The world's oldest person has died in Italy at the age of 117.
Emma Morano was born in November 1899 and was officially the last person born in the 1800s.
She is believed to be the oldest person on the planet and the last to be born in the 19th century.
Her life spanned three centuries, major wars and more than 90 Italian governments.
Emma reportedly attributed her long life to genetics and eating two raw eggs per day.
Italian news agencies ANSA and Agi have reported Ms Morano's death, citing her friends and family.
