Local Hero Risks Life To Save Drowning Kitty

An unknown hero has been praised after he jumped to a cat's rescue after it fell into the River Thames while playing with another cat.

The footage was captured at London's Royal Docks and has become a viral after being uploaded by ITV News.

Felix the cat is an office pet of the Royal Docks Management Authority. They released a statement assuring the public that the animal has not been injured.

Let's hope Felix the cat gets to thank his saviour one day.
