When it comes to mental health, the more people that speak about their experiences, the better.

Unfortunately stigma is still a huge issue in society, affecting nine in 10 people with mental health problems. However, as with all things in society, attitudes have the ability change.

Here, we highlight 17 famous people who are helping to slowly chip away at stigma by publicly speaking about mental health.
