Sad Bunny Reunited With Owner After Accidentally Left On Sydney Train

The stuffed toy had reportedly fallen from a pram as the train doors closed.

A frantic search began on Twitter on Friday to find the owner of a lonely stuffed bunny left behind on a Sydney train.

I'm sad. A child dropped bunny from pram getting off at Wynyard as doors closed. @T1SydneyTrains please help to reunite! #sadbunnypic.twitter.com/ZEnswqEEHH

Andrew Parker tweeted a photo of the stuffed rabbit after he reportedly saw it fall from the child's pram just as the train doors closed at Wynyard Station.

As soon as Sydney Trains got involved, people wanted answers.

After over a thousand retweets, including one from Opposition Leader Bill Shorten, a man claiming to be the father of the sad bunny's owner -- Terrence Zhong -- joined in on the conversation (seriously, you can't make this stuff up).

@ajamesparker@T1SydneyTrains Hi mate! My daughter is the owner of the bunny. She just dropped it when we got off the train in Wynyard station (She was in the stroller).
