'Love All': Aussies Respond To Margaret Court's Qantas Boycott

Even the arena named after her is trying to distance itself.

Legendary Australian tennis player Margaret Court may have built up quite the status in her sporting career but this week the 74-year-old revealed that, off the court, her awesomeness is wanting somewhat.

Australians met Court's announcement on Thursday she would be boycotting Qantas over its marriage equality stance with disappointment, anger and ridicule laced with tennis-puns; not least because we had already gone to the effort of naming a stadium after her (an Australian knighthood, essentially).

And even it was keen to distance itself from her.

"Why are you choosing to fly Qantas?"

Me: The 100% guarantee that i will never accidentally run into Margaret Court on a flight
