The chart topper wore a white dress, with a colourful back partially masked by a long feathery jacket, on Sunday night.
Images of the Manchester victims comprised the design on the back of the dress, which formed the shape of a heart, reported Variety.
The One Love Manchester Concert drew in renowned musicians Justin Beiber, Robbie Williams and Miley Cyrus who performed their respective hits.
Perry sang her 2013 hit 'Roar' and an acoustic version of 'Part of Me'.
She recently announced she will be returning to Australia to perform on the finale of The Voice Australia in June.
