Josh Brolin has his guns out.

The 49-year-old actor showed fans that he’s hitting the gym hard to look like the muscular character Cable for “Deadpool 2.”

An Instagram video Brolin posted made the rounds Monday, showing him in intense workout mode with a ripped physique.

In the caption, he summarized his spartan diet and got in a friendly dig at Deadpool himself, Ryan Reynolds.

In January, Brolin shared a before-and-after image of him weighing 73 pounds more than his younger self.
