The 'True Lies' star is claiming the network still owes him for his time in the South African jungle.

Tom Arnold may be best known for his comedy roles but the actor isn't laughing after it's been revealed he has filed a suit against Network Ten.

The actor appeared on Channel Ten's 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' and has since filed a complaint for fraudulent misrepresentation, neglect and breach of contract.

The comedian is claiming that his agreement included a payment of $425,000 and a tour after his stint on the show, and that he is still owed over $US100,000 for his time.

According to the complaint, Arnold's time in the South African jungle involved "significant personal inconvenience and hardship".

Arnold also claims the show gave him a negative edit, with his portrayal on the show seeming critical, not focusing on his comedic talents, which led to Network Ten and A List Entertainment backing out of the tour promised to him.

Arnold appeared in the third season of 'I'm A Celebrity' with 11 others including Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Nazeem Hussain, Steve Price and Casey Donovan. Arnold was the first celebrity to be voted out of the jungle by the Australian public, after becoming quite a divisive figure in the camp.

Earlier this week it was revealed that the Ten Network would go into voluntary administration after key shareholders pulled their backing.
