Six people have been rushed to hospital after a suspected mass drug overdose at a Sydney nightclub.

Paramedics were called to treat the six patients at the club in Darling Harbour around 3am Saturday, police said.

Two men and four women in their 20s were taken to hospital and are now in a stable condition.

Police are investigating the incident.
