How To Make Easy Cinnamon Rolls With Self-Raising Flour

No yeast, long kneading or rising time required.

The idea of baking with yeast, letting your dough rise and kneading it sounds like a chore, you're not alone -- making cinnamon rolls can be a time-consuming dessert.

These easy cinnamon rolls, however, are a completely different story.

Perfectly soft, fluffy and full of fragrant cinnamon, you can make these cinnamon rolls with seven simple ingredients -- and without yeast, a stand mixer, prolonged kneading or rising time. Seriously.

The key to this quick and easy recipe is using self-raising flour instead of yeast, which takes out two periods of 'rising' time from the recipe.

Once the dough has come together, all you need to do is brush the rolled-out dough with butter, fill it with cinnamon sugar, roll it up and cut into buns. Bake them in the oven until golden and fluffy, and in the meantime quickly whip up your simple glaze. There you have fresh, pillowy and warm homemade cinnamon rolls waiting for you.
