Watch: How To Make Cookie Dough-Stuffed Cupcakes

So much deliciousness in one little cake.

Hands up if you can't help but eat the brownie, cake or cookie dough before it even gets the chance to see the oven. Maybe you strategically 'leave' some dough in the bowl (waste not, want not), or grab the doughy spoon or beaters before anyone else gets to it.

Well, cookie dough lovers, here is a recipe which has the best of both baking worlds -- fluffy cupcakes stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough and topped with buttercream frosting and mini choc chip cookies.

To make these delicious cupcakes, start with a packet of vanilla cake mix (some call this cheating, others call it getting cupcakes in your mouth even quicker). Pour the prepared batter into the cupcake liners and bake until golden.

Then it's time to make the cookie dough with butter, brown sugar, vanilla and chocolate chips. Using a melon baller, scoop out a teaspoon from the middle of each cupcake and fill the holes with cookie dough. Finish by preparing your buttercream frosting and piping each cupcake. Garnish with more chocolate chips and mini choc chip cookies.
