A man has died after a fight broke out outside a venue in Eildon, north-east of Melbourne.
Police are investigating the fatal incident that occurred just before midnight on Friday night.
Investigators were told a group of people had a physical altercation outside a licensed premises on Goulburn Valley Highway.

Police believe the man may have been struck before he fell and hit his head on the ground.
Authorities are currently talking to a number of witnesses at the scene.
