A young couple is due to front court over allegations they killed a man whose body was found in a wheelie bin in suburban Melbourne.
Jason Considine, 35, and Natasha Hogan, 26, are both in custody after being charged with killing Ashley Phillips, whose body was discovered at Preston on May 27.
A council worker discovered the body when he was emptying the wheelie bin, which had sat on the nature strip for more than 24 hours before being collected.
