Watch: How To Make Peanut Butter-Stuffed Chocolate Cookies

It's a cookie meets peanut butter cup.

If you're a big fan of peanut butter, you're probably known to sneak it into any meal, snack and dessert you can. Maybe you're a bit embarrassed about your peanut butter obsession (they just don't understand us), or maybe you wear your empty jar with pride. Either way, it's time to make the cookies of your dreams.

These cookies look like your standard delicious chocolate cookies, but they have a peanut butter surprise. Once you bite into those fudgy cookies, you hit the smooth, sweet-and-salty peanut butter filling. They're basically a cookie meets peanut butter cup.

If you're not a big baker, don't worry. These peanut butter-stuffed chocolate cookies are easy and quick to whip up.

First off you'll need to make the peanut butter filling by combining peanut butter and powdered sugar. Scoop the peanut butter mixture into balls and freeze while you make the cookie dough.

Once you've got your dough it's time to assemble the cookies. First, place a tablespoon of dough onto a baking tray and flatten. Then place a ball of peanut butter on top of each disc of dough. Last, place a second disc of flattened dough on top of the cookies, seal around the edges and dunk each cookie in sugar. Pop the cookies in the oven and prepare for dangerously good peanut butter-stuffed cookies.

For an extra chocolate garnish, swirl melted chocolate or chocolate hazelnut spread on top of each cookie.
