CommBank Accused Of 53,700 Breaches Of Money Laundering Laws

Financial intelligence body Austrac has accused Commbank of 53,700 breaches of money laundering laws. Banks are supposed to provide Austrac reports on cash transactions of more than $10,000. Austrac says Commbank failed to do so on transactions worth a total of $624.7 million.

Australians Are Less Religious Than Ever

The results of the 2016 national Census today reveal we’re a religiously diverse nation, with Christianity remaining the most common religion (52 per cent of the population). Islam (2.6 per cent) and Buddhism (2.4 per cent) were the next most common religions reported. Nearly a third of Australians (30 per cent) reported in the Census that they had no religion in 2016. Sikhism and Hinduism are the fastest growing religions.

He's the kind of guy you'd like to pop round and cook dinner for your mates before all heading to the pub. He calls his suppliers "brother" and he doles out his big grin with ease.
