Former Disney star Bella Thorne has us playing "guess the Hollywood mean girl" after dishing to Seventeen magazine about someone who apparently models herself after Regina George:
I have a mean girl. She’s in the business, and she’s very, very mean. I stay away from her at all costs. I never say hello to her. Her siblings are not mean like she is. It’s just her. One of the reasons I don’t like her is because she’s been a billionaire since she was very little, and she’s never had to work for anything in her life.
While the 18-year-old didn't name names, she left us some clues.
- The mean girl works in "the business," so she's likely an actress, singer or model.
- She has siblings.
- Her parents are very wealthy and probably famous.
Hollywood is a small town, and if we're talking about young Hollywood, it's even smaller. Keeping all those clues in mind, we rounded up a few potential suspects.
Kendall or Kylie Jenner
At first blush, it seems like Thorne could definitely be talking about either of the Jenner sisters, since they were living large well before the Kardashian empire began taking over the world. However, Kylie and Bella are actually friends. Plus, if we're talking mean girls, Kendall doesn't quite seem to fit the bill.
Ariana Grande
The former Nickelodeon star also seems like a prime suspect, since she's developed a reputation of not being very nice to her fans, nor to donuts. And while brother Frankie is a YouTube personality, and occasionally turns up in a celebrity Instagram or two, Grande doesn't come from Hollywood connections and seems to have paid her dues. Plus, she and Thorne seem to be be pretty friendly.
Rooney or Kate Mara
While the Mara sisters both work in the industry and come from mega money (both sides of their family each own an NFL team), since Rooney is 30 and Kate is 32, it seems unlikely either actress has that much interaction with Thorne's crowd.
Miley Cyrus
Could Thorne's "very, very mean" girl be Miley Cyrus? The former Disney darling certainly has a lot of siblings, and it's hard to ignore the fact that she owes her first TV role to sheer nepotism (Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, starred on the short-lived series "Doc"), but since Thorne said she keeps away from the mystery mean girl "at all costs," we can probably cross Miley off the list.
Gigi Hadid
We can't deny that Gigi Hadid certainly checks a lot of boxes in this mystery. The 20-year-old model has several siblings, and we know Thorne is friendly with Gigi's younger sister, Bella Hadid. Then there's the fact that Gigi comes from a crazy rich family with real industry connections. Her father, Mohamed Hadid, is a real-estate developer worth an estimated $200 million, while her mother, Yolanda Foster, is a former model who now appears on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Not to mention her stepfather is legendary record producer David Foster -- which makes her weirdly almost related to the Kardashian-Jenners. All very suspicious, indeed.
Of course, we wouldn't dream of pointing any fingers, and with so much drama in Hollywood, we just may never know.

Nicola Peltz
If you are asking yourself, "Who?" you're not alone. Peltz, 20, isn't exactly a household name, but you might have seen her in "The Last Airbender, "Transformers: Age of Extinction," or on the A&E series "Bates Motel." Peltz also appeared in 2014's "Affluenza," which featured Thorne's current boyfriend Gregg Sulkin. Oh, and Peltz happens to have a ton of siblings, one of whom is an actor (Will Peltz) and another who is a defenseman for the the Ottawa Senators (Brad Peltz).
But here's the interesting thing: Thorne wouldn't have been exaggerating about the mystery mean girl being a billionaire. Nicola's father, Nelson Peltz, is the founder of Trian Fund Management, which according to Forbes is one of the fastest-growing hedge fund firms and lists his net worth at around $1.95 billion. Meanwhile, her mother, Claudia Peltz, (née Heffner) is a former fashion model.
Hmmm.
