Jennifer Aniston is People's "Most Beautiful Woman" of 2016! The news was revealed on Wednesday morning during an episode of "The Today Show."
The 47-year-old "Mother's Day" actress graces the issue's cover in a floral shirt, with her trademark hair worn straight and down as she flashes a smile. This is the actress' second "Most Beautiful" cover; her first was in 2004.
In her interview with People, Aniston says she defines beauty as "inner confidence," "peace" and "kindness," and admits that working out makes her feel beautiful.
The actress also dishes on her diet, recalling a time when she didn't eat too well and an agent said she was "too chubby" for a part.
"I was like, 'What?!' But my diet was terrible," Aniston admits. "Milk shakes and French fries with gravy [laughs]. It was a good thing to start paying attention."
But thanks to her husband, Justin Theroux, she's eased up a bit on her strict eating plan and now enjoys eating his pasta carbonara every once in a while. Aniston, who married Theroux in August 2015, gushes about her husband of nearly a year.
"He makes me laugh. He's so interesting and so interested," Aniston tells People. "He's unbelievably talented in more areas than one and he's just a good man."
